Is it possible to turn the automatic sleep mode off? My TomTom rider 550 goes into sleep mode while driving, which is very annoying because I want to see the route at all times. Anyone familiar with this? Thanks!
Maybe he is sleepy or did you check if the lazy mode is off :-)
To be more serious, is your device plug to a power source on your motorbike? Is the device has some battery issue ( I mean when it is out of power it turns off quickly?)
Thank you both for your quick reply.
The mount isn’t showing any volts at all, so I guess that’s the problem? I’ll fix the power issue and hopefully it'll solve the problem with the sleep mode. Fingers crossed!
