Go Basic won't connect to live traffic

Galaxy S10 connected via Bluetooth but won't connect to livetraffic or mydrive anymore, help please

    I (and other users too) would like to help you, but can you tell us what is your device and what is the exact issue?

    Do you get an error message? Did you reste the device and link it again to your phone?

    Hi Jim07. The device is TTGo Basic. I've deleted the phone off the device and reinstalled, no error messages have appeared at any time. I've done a factory reset as well. The device sees my phone but says no connection to my drive or live traffic, it literally happened overnight so I'm not sure if my phone a samsung Galaxy S10 has updated and done something but I also uninstalled the Mydrive app on the phone and reinstalled and tried again, no joy.

    My S10 always shows 'Unable to Connect' for Data Traffic & other services. On my S7 this showed connected. As I have a 6200 it has a built-in Sim and so does pick up traffic anyway so difficult to diagnose. A factory reset made no difference.
    MyDrive just confuses the issue.
