No maps Available ???

i have Go 40 devices with no maps available. I can not update. I need to have live chat with tom tom rep ???

    Welcome to the Community! I've fixed the map subscription on your GO 40 devices linked to your email address. Please connect those to the computer and update it using MyDrive Connect.

    Once you update the maps, make a factory reset on your device and it'll activate the traffic services on your device after you connect it to the smartphone.

    Hi Again....
    The early Maps fitted easily onto 8GB on-board Memory, but the Map sizes increases with every update... Now the 8GB limit on-board Memory size on the NAV4 devices is an unfortunate, but real Catch22 situation....
    The latest NAV4 Full Europe Map size is now around 9GB
    @lampard one of the Forum Moderators should pick this up and add a small Map to your Account to get you passed the 'Catch22' No Maps Found error....

    hi, i bought a second hand tomtom go 40 with free europe lifetime maps. i connected it with mydrive connect but i'm not able to use or download maps on it. No updates avaiable. When i turn it on, i can only see the menu "select country" without any options. What can i do to solve the problem and to download free maps.

    All services are showing in 'Pending' status.
    Factory reset the device > Login with your TomTom account credential > Check for updates
