GO 6000 Traffic ending end of the month but I have lifetime traffic included

I have a GO 6000 with lifetime traffic included, however, my device is showing me a warning that my traffic subscription will end at the end of this month.
Is there something i need to renew? I look into the website but did not find anything related to this

Welcome to the Community! I see that your device has the Traffic subscription valid till 2025 but the 3-month speed camera subscription is expired. So maybe the renewal notification on your device is for the speed cameras? If not, I would advise you to make a reset on your device and check the issues appears again. Have a look at the steps below to do so:- Select the Main Menu button in Map View or Guidance View to show the Main Menu.
- Scroll to the right of the screen and select the Settings button.
- Scroll to the right of this menu and select System.
- In the System menu, select Reset.
- Select Reset again to confirm.
- A warning screen appears to confirm the deletion of your saved places and settings. Select Reset to confirm.

Hopefully @lampard will pick this up and review your TT units settings on the TT servers and adjust as required. Look back here later to see what he advises.

PS He is likely to delete your units serial number as it is not recommendd to detail this data on the forum. If it is attached to the account you are using here he can find it.0 -
