Paid two times for SpeedCamera monthly subscription on the same gps

Last month I was billed two times for the same service on the same GPS. I purchased the speed camera service for a month and sure enough after a month i was charged two times on the same gps. Sent an email to TomTom customer support on 4th of November still no answer.
