In the event you only have a wired Internet suite art home, maybe for health reasons, or the Wifi is slow then you can use a PC on which you need to download My Drive Connect software.
With the Software open you connect the GO Camper to the PC using the supplied TT cable. All you will get is a Splash Page stating "Do it the Easy Way". When this page is displayed use the menu options on the GO Camper to manage the Updating. There is no facility to to manage updating in the My Drive Connect software for the GO Camper.
Hi Doug, thanks for the answer, however were you wrote "With the Software open you connect the GO Camper to the PC using the supplied TT cable" has not helped as you missed the part that I wrote stating it would not connect to PC? Does charge however
Thanks again Doug but I also wrote "followed all instructions", tried on 2 laptops (windows 10) and does not detecton on thoes either. I thought it may be firmware issue or faulty Sat Nav

If you have Wifi you do not need a PC to update your GO Camper.
