My map has vanished and is also not on my account.

I was trying to get an update for the map which is several years old but this failed and then removed all maps from device and MyDrive Connect. I urgently need the map added back in please. @VikramK I have seen you help others with the same problem. Can you help?

    Thanks Doug, appreciate your help. My wife really needs it to be working on Tuesday! It looks like a common problem with a relatively easy fix for them, fingers crossed
