problem registring watch for second time

Hi,

I'm trying to register my old watch for my daughter.After reset I keep getting the message: here was a problem registering your device.

Anyone a idea to avoid this?

    Are you doing a full factory reset through the desktop Sports Connect software and when prompted selecting register, not login? Are you using a different email address then what was used before? Other than that there is no reason it should not work, but it may just be a defect in the watch somewhere, in which case you are out of luck.
