Does anyone know if the Go 620 professional and Go 620 using the touch screen?
Can they be swapped each other?

    Yes, both have the same Capacitive touchscreen on it.
    Can they be swapped each other?
    I'm not so sure about it but if you have the device in warranty, you can get in touch with our support via Chat/Email and they can help you with this one.
