Left Cursor once for next page
Tap (Me and my device)
Tap (My Information)
Tap (Yes)
Follow the on screen prompts to exit

@VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up Tomorrow and check/correct your Tomtom Account status....
Some devices impacted by this bug (Nav3). Tomtom already have a ticket open for it. As a workaround, a software patch fixes the problem.

Welcome to the community! I have asked my team to make some changes in the back-end and I would advise that you check for updates in MyDrive Connect.
Once done, please check if you are able to see the information sharing screen on your TomTom.
