Update my VIA 1400 device

I cannot update road map. Iwas working weell till August 2020

    Hi @MathewKallarackal

    You have a VIA 1400, a NAV3 device. I am not sure I understand your problem correctly, but maybe you have the "Busy Servers" message.

    For "Busy Servers" message, it is a recurring problem with the NAV3s (TomTom 3rd generation devices like your device).
    Look at this link, it's what I do with my device.
    The 2nd part of the message, you delete the two MyDrive Connect (MDC) hidden files and untick the two options, follow the steps.
