Wi-Fi connection on GO Premium X

Hello, I have a problem.
There's no way to connect my product to wifi, I tried many times, I tried a hotspot too, but it doesn't work..
Everytime I try to connect, it says ip address acquisition and then it doesn't connect..
Someone know how to solve this issue? Is a fabric product problem?
Moreover, Traffic service isn't availlable, so I'm not sure everything is working well..
