Can I recover deleted voices?

When I tried to update my TomTom XXL I was told I had to delete some files to make space. The voices were deleted and no offer was made to back them up, so I now have a device with no voice. Can you please help?

    I have no idea as there were 20 and this was handed to me by my daughter who used it on her last car and no longer needs it. I never got as far as finding the list, just the total when I was advised to remove files in order to update.

    If the voice files were on my computer, I would be able to unerase them but I can't do it from the TomTom, probably due to the format. I would be happy with any voices in English.

    Hi @Whiskeymac

    Unfortunately for the Nav2 models, we cannot activate voices on the account.
    If you check for updates in TomTom HOME do you see any voices getting offered as a download?

    Only a quick GPS fix and a map update were listed and I've installed those. Can I not buy a voice?

    ive just done the same - inadvertently - there were so many voices listed with very small files, I deleted them, there wasn't a Malcolm listed - which is voice installed in English I was going to use, but now its gone, as have all of them.

    You can try a factory Reset to see if that restores them otherwise you will need to wait for @VikramK to add the voices on Monday to your account so you can download them.

    Tap System
    TaP Reset Device
