I do not receive e-mail notifications

Despite my settings, as attached, and my correct e-mail address, which I have greyed out, I do not receive any e-mail notifications.

How can I solve this?

    Hi @RicoK

    We have a ticket which is raised to fix this problem.
    The issue seems to be only impacting some accounts and our team is investigating this as a priority.

    In the meanwhile, I will check with our service provider if there are any restrictions that can be cleared from their side.

    Yesterday, November the 8th, I received an email notification for the very first time.

    I hope this was not a lucky shot ;)

    Unfortunately, the email notification seems to be a lucky shot, because, of the last post which was added I did not receive a notification.

    Too bad, unfortunately, made happy too quickly. :'(

    And this morning I received again an e-mail notification...... It seems to be working ad random.
