The built-in memory is apparently insufficient for a new update and now I have inserted an SD card, but it is not recognized by the device

    Welcome to the site....
Some Maps are now too big to install onto the on-board Memory....
@VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators can allocate a small 'Keeper Map' to your Account....

    Hi @Nobbi66

Welcome to the community! I have also activated a small map that will be offered as a download in MyDrive Connect.

Installing the smaller map on the internal memory should allow you to install the Europe map on an external memory card.

    Hope this helps :)

    Regards, Vikram

    Hi @Nobbi66

Just to add that if you try to reformat the SD card on your PC make sure you do a full format not a quick format
