Voice missing after update 1535 TomTom gps

Hi I’ve just updated TomTom 1535 maps however there isn’t any voices. I ordered a voice, received order email with a ‘See how’ tab to download voice. All that does is take me to TomTom support site

    To download a voice, you use the MyDrive Connect (MDC) software as for your map.
    If you bought/ordered a voice and linked it to your device during the process, even a free one, you should find it under "My Updates and New Items" like other updates.

    To have all the route instructions and street names you must use a computer voice (TTS text-to-speech), for Australia "Karen" (AUS).
    (UK: Serena, US: Samantha)

    How to do:
    => In MDC / "My Content" tab / go down to "My Voices" / "Add voices to your device" / choose a TTS voice (50/60MB) / "Install" button.
    For AUS search "Karen".

    To check in your GO1535 ==> Settings/Voices
    Also check in your device ==> Settings/Voices/Voice settings
