Problems Migrating From Europe to Go

I’ve had Tomtom Europe app for many years and have not updated to Tomtom Go yet as I was advised a few years back not to as it wasn’t running smoothly etc. Anyway, today I thought I’d try the new updated version and get my 3 years free subscription, and after I updated the app, I tried to migrate to Go via the in app shop/purchase system but all I kept getting was an error message (see attachment).
Can anyone help please?
