Servers constantly busY? tomtom mydrive connect

The last week or so I tried to update my TomTom Start 60 and constantly I get the message that the servers are too busy. To me that seems to be impossible. i tried on different times of the day and I sent my logbooks, but nothing happens.

    Thank you. Although it took some effort to get the folders HOME3 and MYDRIVECONNECT off my computer and then ther was a message that my system didn't react it finally worked and the system has been updated.
