Spark 3 screen not updating

Over the last week my time has not been updating sometimes, unless I scroll to another screen and then back. And when accessing menu items you can feel the buzz on the bottom changing menu items but the screen still shows the first item. Then I return to a next/previous screen I can see the option I wanted to select was changed, so again it is a screen lag problem. I've turned it off via the connect app, and done a factory reset. It seems to be tracking and working properly in the background but is very frustrating to use.

    Thats disappointing to say the least as only had it about 3 years but had worked well. Seems like I know whats going on my Christmas list...
