Start60 Connecting and Disconnecting form RDS-TMC

My Start60 has recently starting showing "RDS-TMC" disconnected and then reconnecting, disconnecting, reconnecting, etc. I have tried a factory reset and updating to latest software/maps - I'm told I'm on the latest version.
