Internet connection on MyDrive Connect

After I tick an available update then click on green button nothing happens. On my internet connections, as well as my normal internet access an unidentified network with no internet access is listed. This is only there when my Start 52 is connected

    Welcome to the Community! Are you using a WiFi network? Please have a look at Niall's suggestion here to troubleshoot the issue you're having while updating the device.

    Thanks Niall, I am using Windows 10 fully updated. I also tried to to update Start 52 with computer connected by ethernet cable and got the same result. No progress after clicking green button.

    Hi Doug,
    The soft reset worked first time and a completely new list of available updates appeared.
    Once selected the download started immediately.
