I have a Go Supreme and it seems to update via "Updates and new items" in Settings on board. I was hoping to add another voice I purchased for another TomTom unit and is not selectable on board. However, manual updating via MyDrive Connect doesn't seem to be an option. Would this be correct?

If the voices you have on your old device is compatible with the GO Supreme then one of the Mods on here can add it to your account so it will appear in Updates and New items so you can add it to the unit.
What voice is it so that the @VikramK can add it if possible.
Advise the voice here then look back here Monday.

Have you tried switching to a different unit and see if you can use the voice?
Try a soft reset-
Should that not help then I think it would be better to get in touch with the customer service.
