Yes it is possible. Either you contact Customer Support and arrange a repair or you locate a business that offers the busy.
Alternatively if you go on YouTube and input GO5200 battery replacement you can view videos explaining how to do it. If you feel confident enough to tackle it yourself, at your own risk, then EBay or Amazon etc offer batteries and small tool kits which are useful for the work required
