My drive not usable after update to IOS 14

The help channel TomTom offers is not free, they charge for help. Why would I pay for support which is necessary due to a SW bug caused by the supplier????

    Sounds like you have gone onto a scam website. Tomtom only charge for repairs if you send the unit to them.

    Problems raised on here are responded to by other users seeking to help with TT mods getting involved if need be and there is no charge.

    What is your problem.
