Device crashes when MyDrive syncs TomTom GO 620

My new TT 620 pro keeps crashing when it connects to mydrive and going into a restart,connect to phone, connect to mydrive, crash loop. The device works fine without the data connected, but is so unstable with it on it is unusable. Any tips/help?

Welcome to the site...
There's an unresolved problem with the Apple iPhone iOS 13 &14 and the and the MyDrive App's advanced Smartphone features... If you can live without the bells & whistles of the MyDrive App... Just use a straight simple Bluetooth Connection....
Setting up the Phone....
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> Bluetooth --> Add Phone
Scroll the screen to display the Question mark Icon ( ? ) Screen bottom right
Tap on the ( ? ) Question mark Icon....
Select... Not interested in all of these features
Connect without the MyDrive App
Follow the on screen instructions... To connect over basic Bluetooth
DO NOT Connect Your iPhone to the MyDrive App....

Thanks for the reply, I use the mydrive app all the time for stored locations and to use in conjunction with the W3W app. I have already returned one last week for this same problem so will have to return this as well and go back to my 520 pro. The phone is an Android by the way.1
