6200 TRAFFIC NOT WORKING

MY TRAFFIC FEATURE ISNT WORKING ON 6200. HAVE RESET OVER A DOZEN TIMES. CONNECTED TO PHONE, WIFI AND PC BUT DOESNT CONNECT TO TRAFFIC. PLEASE HELP AS NEED FOR DELIVERING AROUND THE COUNTRY DURING THIS PANDEMIC AND TOMTOM HELP IS AS USEFUL AS A CHOCCY TEAPOT

    Hi @MAX6200

    Assuming you have checked that your unit is logging into your My Drive account then hopefully @VikramK or @lampard can check the settings for your unit on the TT servers. Look back later.

    If you Tap Menu then the Blue ? icon then Tap About what does it say against Traffic.

    Welcome to the community! I don't see a device linked to your TomTom account you are using on the community...
    If the services have worked before then I think the subscriptions should be okay.

    Could you try the troubleshooting steps advised in the video below-



    Should that not help then probably it's a case for the customer service to review the SIM status and advice troubleshooting advice accordingly.
