renewed subscription overlaps with old one so over a month is wasted!

Hi, Can anyone advise how to fix this? I saw on the website that renewed subscriptions run from the end of the existing one but when I renewed mine due to expire on 27/11/2020 the new one started immediately and expires 10/10/2021. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Sign in/Login to Tomtom Support before Clicking on 'Contact us'....
