GO 6200 screen

The right half of the screen of my GO 6200 does not take or react on commands given by finger. This means for example that I cannot update my set. I tried several times to reset the device according to the applicable TomTom video. This did not help or change the situation.
I am living in Germany and bought the device in November 2018 from TomTom International in the Netherlands. What can I do to claim for warranty?
