Smart Media Navcore System Issue

Hi All,
I have a '66 Plate Fourtwo Smart and the Maps had expired -
So I purchased New UK Maps from the website and uploaded to my SD Card - and still no Maps when I insert the Card into my car.
Now I'm unable to get back into Smart Media Connect due to a Navcore System Issue to try the process of reloading the UK maps..
Any Ideas or suggestions would be grateful !

    Could you elaborate what exactly is the problem with 'Navcore System Issue'

    Have you installed the support application to update the maps, as explained here-

    That takes me to My Drive Connect - I thought I had to use the Smart Media Connect Application ?

    When I open the Smart Media Connect App I get the below screen

    This problem is already under investigation.
    Below are some troubleshooting steps advised to resolve the issue-
    • Advised to not to use card reader and use SD card slot on laptop or computer
    • Removing the memory card: from the main menu select System then Remove SD card.
    • Clean reinstallation of MDC

    Should that not help, please report this to our customer service team.

    I have done all the steps you have suggested above.

    But the new map I purchased is on my smart media system that I need to download !

    It's currently telling me the SD Card is empty when I insert into the SD Slot on my PC.
