No Data on GO Premium X

My 5 month old Premium Go X suddenly has stopped feeding me Live Traffic & Camera information since my last map update in July. I checked my account and it says my services are activated until May 2030. Need advice as to whether the inbuilt SIM is not working or is it simply a case to Factory Reset to restore services. Please Help...
