I have to use my iPhone as a hotspot and receiving Authentication problem message

As I stated in the question, I am using my iPhone as a hotspot to receive traffic etc. on my GO620. My unit is connected to my iPhone and shows the phone in WIFI as saved but it will not connect.
I have reset my phone multiple times, reset the GPS multiple times, have deleted and re-installed MyDrive multiple times and nothing. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. A GPS unit is pretty worthless without traffic
