TomTom BLUE&ME TOMTOM 2 LIVE reboots every 5 minutes!!

Already since the 25th of September (Referentienr. 1054612 | Ticket 1046998) I'm in contact with TomTom support without any resolution. This ticket was "escalated" within TomTom support, but still not any response. If this was an old navigation system, not nice but understandable. But this device is just less than 2 years old!! Urgent support from TomTom required, else I will escalate!!

    hi Vikram, again this afternoon in contact with the service desk, Remotely a small update was performed, but after the first test (outside my home for GPS signal), the issue is still not resolved!! After GPS signal is noticed, grey screen and the navigation systems re-boot again! en again! every 5 minutes! Very disappointing as I'm in contact with the TomTom service desk starting the 25th of September! Issue still not resolved!
