Computer does not show connection

My computer will not show my GO620 is connected when I try to update. It IS connected.

    Hi @snowdog10
    You should be able to update the GO 620 over the WiFi.
    Using MyDrive Connect is an alternative but in that case, the application will only serve as an internet provider instead of WiFi. The functions still have to be carried on the device screen,
