Hi
@smart01
Welcome to the site....
Sorry but the NAV3 devices like your Via 135 have a very basic Itinerary planning system, all the planning is done on the small screen on the device and the Itinerary can only have four Stops, one of those Stops being the End Stop (Destination)
Also, the route cannot be saved for later use....

I used to use the following as a workaround on my Via 120 Live ....
Create a POI Category using the stops on the route as individual POIs
Save the POI Category with a unique name... I used AAA + ("Your route 'Name' goes here") The AAA is to keep the file at the top of the .Ov2 POI Category list....
I used the Free, slightly quirky, but very good ITN Converter to generate the POI Category

Save the .Ov2 POI Route/Category to your Desktop...
To use...
Install the .Ov2 POI Route/Category into the Via using....
'Manage Community Content'
When driving the route choose Drive to a POI
Destination (1) Select your POI Category --> Select the 1st individual POI --> Drive to POI....
Destination (2) Select your POI Category --> Select the 2nd individual POI--> Drive to POI....
Destination (3) Select your POI Category --> Select the 3rd individual POI --> Drive to POI....
Destination (4) Select your POI Category --> Select the 4th individual POI --> Drive to POI....
Destination (5) Select your POI Category --> Select the 5th individual POI --> Drive to POI....
Repeat for as many Stops as required....
