Uploading driving test routes

I have bought driving test routes and downloaded on to my laptop which uses windows 7. I have attached my Tom Tom to the laptop but I can’t upload it. Anyone any ideas?

    Sorry I meant windows 10 not 7

    Hi @Jim123

    If you use My Drive Connect software with your unit then you need to go to the My Drive Website and log into your account and import the routes into your account. Then sync the routes to your device.
