Good morning, my professional tom tom, has not connected with traffic services for 3 days.

Solved, I did a complete reset and it works.

Hi @NikkoTorques
What model is the Professional device and does it have a current Traffic Subscription as some models require renewal on an annual basis. If it is the GO6250 you have then that has lifetime.
Maybe @VikramK can check the settings on the TT servers to see if they need changing.
