Error 107 live service isnt working on my device.

Dear team. I payed for 1.5 years live service that doesn't work even ones. My device showing Error 107. I did reset the device twice doesn't help. I'm very disappointed as it was the most expensive device at the time. You can reply via email [email protected] or via phone +xxxxxxxxx3. Kind Regards. Axxxx

    Welcome to the community!
    I reviewed your TomTom account and I don't see an activate subscription for LIVE Services.
    Error 107 usually means an issue with the SIM card.
    My team has temporarily activated LIVE Services for 5 days. Please try the troubleshooting steps on the below article and see if the device is able to connect to LIVE Services.
