How do I get a refund after purchasing by mistake 4 x NZ map upgrades on Aug 25, 2020?

I had already been charged $94.50 but map didn't download so tried more times, later found multiple charges taken out of my account and as yet no response when I have tried to contact Tom Tom Support.
