Update impossible?

I bought a Start 62 today. Update to current map is not possible. MyDrive has completed three updates, but a map update obviously was not part of this. The version is still v10.30, whereas in the shop area the current version is stated as v10.55.
Nevertheless MyDrive claims my device to be up to date.
What to do to get the updates now and for a lifetime?
Grateful for a quick solution. Thank you.
By the way, how long will be the lifetime for Start62?
