Renault Carminat SD card problem
When I try to update the SD card using TomTom Home I receive a message stating
"We could not find any installed service for your device" followed by a pop up message stating "there's a problem with this drive - scan the drive now to fix it".
Is there anything I can do to fix this please?

I have reactivated a map for your device.
Just follow the steps - 1-2-3-4 on this article- https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013961519
The next step would be to install the map which is offered for download in TomTom HOME.
