I have tied for over six weeks to update my VIA1535 (three download items) but I get the message "Our servers are busy right now" I have tried to download them individually but get the same message

For "Busy Servers" message, this is a recurring problem with the NAV3s (TomTom 3rd generation devices like your device)
Look at this link, this is what I do with my device.
The 2nd part of the message, you delete the two MyDrive Connect (MDC) hidden files and untick the two options, follow the steps.
