Paid for the TomTom App but the App is still saying that it is running out Time in 2 days
I bought the Tomtom App but the App is now saying every day that my Access will run out of time. I did not find any Hotline number therefor I a writing here. It seems that Tomtom has reduced the Service to zero...

Community ManagerIt can sometimes happen that the Play Store app doesn't report that there are purchases which can have multiple reasons, like multiple Google accounts on the phone.
Can you try the following?- Uninstall the GO Navigation app.
(Make sure to first sync Places and Routes with MyDrive.) - In a BROWSER on your desktop, log in to the web interface of Google Play with the account you used to purchase.
- Install the GO Navigation app from the web interface to your device.
Don't use the Play Store app for this, but use the install button and choose your device in the browser.
12 - Uninstall the GO Navigation app.

thanks for your response. Before I read your answer yesterday I tried the standard procedure. Uninstalling and installing app again. And today I did not get any error messages and the status of the app concerning purchasing looks also fine.
Therefore the procedure you describe in your answer should also work but it is not necessary to use the browser.
