SIM Card inaktiv

My simcard on my Go1005 Live is inacktiv. My Europe - Lifetime and Speed camera updates Europe is active, and my divice is updated. Any ideas?

    Or I would recommend that you get in touch with our customer service to review the SIM status and advise accordingly.
