GPRS disconnected on TomTom GO Premium

Hi, the GPRS is showing disconnected on my Tom tom.So It’s not receiving any live traffic updates. It had a lifetime subscription for live traffic.
I’ve tried resetting the device several times.
It only works if I connect my phone which isn’t an option. Any idea’s what could cause this to stop working? Worked fine since purchased in March 2020. Thank you in advance.
