Go6200 Bluetooth and MyDrive app.

Go 6200 and Android 10 phone. Device will connect to phone via direct Bluetooth but not using the MyDrive app.
Uninstalled and installed the app. twice and reset the device twice. Open the MyDrive app and go to device settings/Bluetooth. Try to connect phone, code appears on dvice screen to scan. Select scan in app on phone and every time "An error occured. Please try again later". Is there a problem with the app?There's nothing wrong with the phone's Bluetooth, it works with many Bluetooth devices.
There's no telephone support now, why is that? That's a backward step.
I don't want to use e-mail bcause the answers are usually totally irrelevant to the question and mostly useless.
