Go 720 with map updates

I have a 720 which is no longer working with myconnect. The device tells me I have a life long map upgrades, but I can't access anything on tomtom site. Could someone contact me how I can updaate using life long policy.

    A 720 uses Home, not MyDriveConnect.

    Sorry, the Go 720 is not longer supported by TomTom.

    This is a customer based forum and not a direct contact to customer support.

    You need to contact Customer Support if you are not getting Map updates offered via the appropriate TT software if your unit was sold with Lifetime Maps as they have confirmed that the updates are still available for obsolete units.
