Cannot download maps

I’ve changed my iPhone to 11 Pro Max from X and after the first download I’m not able to download new maps anymore. What should I do to fix this?

Welcome to the Community! Do you see any error while downloading the maps? If you're shown any error while downloading a map, quit the app and restart the GO Navigation app again to return to download maps.
