I have a 2nd hand Via 135 which has never been updated. Having used it a few times, I realised that the maps are out of date - new roads not on there, so I have ordered a new yearly U.K. & Ireland map and speed cameras for it yesterday. The sale went through and the money has been taken from my paypal account but, when I go into my drive connect and log in, it only shows 1 update and that is an update for world speed 1 month. No sign of any maps or yearly speed cameras.
I have reset the sat nav, removed and reinstalled my drive connect and made sure my login details That I ordered with are the same as I use for the TomTom.
Can anyone help. I have run out of ideas

I reviewed your TomTom account and I don't see the map you ordered is active.
Please get in touch with our customer service with the order number and they should be able to sort it out for you
