TomTom GoLive 4ER51 FB646... update of Livetime version refused
Now I get the message that my USB cable might not be from TOMTOM. I never had a such USB cable and this worked well in the past till june 2020. So why now this message? It seem that the memory is at he limit. I do not understand why it is not possible e.g. to delete old voices I orderd in the past. Even this job MyDrive is not executing. Please provide a Solution. Welcome to the community! I don't find the device is linked to your TomTom account used on our forum. Is it set up under a different account?
When was the device purchased? It's recommended to use a TomTom branded USB cable when updating the device with MyDrive Connect.
