I can't get past "oops something went wrong, my iPhone never connects unless I turn everything off, delete the TomTom in the iPhone and retry.
When I bought this it was lifetime updates for maps, cameras and traffic - now I see I have to pay a renewal. I STILL HAVE THE GO520 AND IT STILL WORKS! In my opinion the GO520 is still in its lifetime.
The Zendesk is hopeless, TOMTOM is getting harder and harder to use.

Hi @MichaelBrydon
Welcome to the community!
I have asked the team to fix the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset as below
And follow the troubleshooting advice on this article- https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013958719
Regards, Vikram0 -
Thank you for your reply Vikram. I undertook the reset - again, it seems any issue always needs resetting. After following your instructions - the "oops something went wrong" happened again when downloading onto the GO520.
However the issues re iPhone connectivity and lifetime maps and cameras wasn't addressed.
Look for my GO520 on eBay, I'm done with this clunky technology, I'll use Waze from here on in.0 -
And don't start me on the Zendesk, it's so difficult0
